This map service was created to give geospatial data users the ability to add parcels data to maps without the need to download the dataset onto their own computers, and provide easy display of basic information of property locations at multiple scales. The statewide tax block layer and edge-matched parcels layer, with attributes from the MOD-IV property tax system, are included in this map service. The service is published in NJ State Plane coordinates, NAD83, US Survey feet. Note to service users who incorporate service layer(s) into an application or published live map: The NJ Office of GIS, as basemap publisher and steward, provides early notification of changes that may affect use of the cached basemap service.
